Female Salt Lake City Police Officer To File Sexual Harassment

Three current and former Salt Lake City female police officers will file a sexual harassment suit against the city, its police chief and a now-resigned deputy chief, their lawyer told the Deseret News on Friday.

Deputy Chief Rick Findlay stepped down in June 2014 just as an internal review confirmed allegations by Officer Tiffany Commagere, Sgt. Robin Heiden and former Lt. Melody Gray that he showed colleagues a photo of Gray and Heiden wearing bikinis and a nude photo that he claimed to be Commagere.

Findlay had been on administrative leave and departed just as he qualified for retirement benefits due after 20 years of service at Salt Lake City Department, The Salt Lake Tribune reported. – READ MORE
