The Waco police department celebrated the retirement of Sergeant Sherri Swinson Thursday afternoon.
Sgt. Swinson will officially retire in April after being with the department for 35 years and 7 months.
She’ll make sure you include those seven months.
“After 35 and a 1/2 years, it’s a long time coming. I’m going to miss the people that I work with on a day to day basis but I’m ready to retire, move onto the next phase of my life,” Swinson said. – READ MORE
