When teenage girls talk about stress, in Insp. Jackie Wilson’s experience, it usually revolves around exams, family pressures and appearance, often weight.
In a bid to relieve some of those stresses, indelibly linked to high school careers, she suggests something that can often set teenaged hearts racing — exercise.
