This weekend sees the start of the 100 day countdown to a major international conference celebrating woman in policing.
The International Association of Women Police (IAWP) event – being held in Cardiff from August 23 to 27 – will mark the centenary of the founding of the organisation, as well as 100 years of British policewomen.
More than 700 female officers from around the world will be in the Welsh capital for the conference.
