LITTLE FERRY – History was made in Little Ferry on Tuesday night when the borough attorney swore in Jennifer Ali, the town’s very first female police officer, in front of an audience full of family, friends and supporters.
As a resident who was born and raised approximately one mile from the police station that she will soon call her second home, Ali never had any doubts about which community she wanted to serve in her professional career.
