MORE than 700 policewomen from around the world are coming to Wales this weekend for a prestigious international event.
The International Associational of Women in Police (IAWP) conference will see officers from dozens of countries from Australia and Japan to Kyrgyzstan and Curacao taking part in a series of training events and meetings in Cardiff.
It is the first time the IAWP, which is celebrating its 100th birthday this year, has come to Wales – 2015 is also the centenary of female officers in British police forces. – READ MORE
