A Guelph police officer who was killed in an early-morning crash is being remembered as a vibrant and dynamic woman, who was working her dream job in her hometown.
Const. Jennifer Kovach became a police officer because she wanted to give back and help others in the community where she spent her entire life, said Guelph police Chief Bryan Larkin.
Larkin said the 26-year-old woman achieved her goal in her four-year career, and she had the potential to do so much more. Read more and check out the video
