GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP — Lt. Donna Higbee was named the township’s acting police chief Monday.
Higbee replaces Chief Pat Moran who retired following a 25-year career in law enforcement.
Higbee was promoted from sergeant to lieutenant in January. She became the township’s first female lieutenant and now the first female acting police chief.
Higbee, 39, has served on the township’s police force for 13 years and is a lifelong Galloway Township resident. – READ MORE
