MISSISSAUGA — Sometimes more than just eye colour is hereditary. Just ask Colette Maurice, who proves that a job can run in the family, too.

“My dad was a police officer, and ever since I was two years old, I knew that’s what I was going to do,” said Maurice, a detective sergeant with Peel Regional Police.
