From farm kid to criminal profiler, Kate Lines has stories to tell — so many, she’s writing a book.
As part of a 33-year career which included working in fraud, drugs, and major crimes departments, OPP retired chief superintendent Lines was also Canada’s second police officer and first female criminal profiler to be trained by the FBI.
“One of the first cases when I came home (from training) was a young girl who was walking home, Kristen French, and she never made it,” Ms. Lines told a group of women participating in an OPP boot camp recruitment initiative. – READ MORE
