NeW South Wales Police’s longest serving female officer has a word of advice for young females — don’t limit your thinking.

North Shore Local Area Command Superintendent Doreen Cruickshank, 65, who joined the force 44 years ago, said policing had given her an enviable and rewarding career and she was a long way off retiring.
